Sponsor-A-Match
Sponsor a Match is one way Catholic Big Sisters and Big Brothers meets the challenge of the Eileen Grady Manning Mentorship Program. By sponsoring a match, your gift will be doubled by a matching gift from the Manning family. By sponsoring a Big Sister/Little Sister or Big Brother/Little Brother match relationship, individuals who may not have the time to volunteer can still impact the life of a young person.
The average cost of sponsoring a Big Sister/Little Sister relationship is approximately $1000 per year.
Your contribution is used to:
- Sponsor an individual “match” of a young person and his/her one-to-one relationship with a caring volunteer
- Provide on-going and comprehensive individual and family counseling by trained social workers
- Recruit, screen, and supervise motivated volunteers and offer training in the areas of developmental stages of youth, communication skills, and ethnic and cultural sensitivity

- You will be given updates on how the mentor relationship is progressing
- You will receive our biannual newsletter updating you on the agency
